Is there anyone out there that remember the Princess Theater? It was located where Dan Caddell Jewelry is now. It later became the Ritz Theater and was open way back in the 30s up to I believe the early 50s or late 40s.
I was up at Caddell's a few years ago and had the opportunity to see the back part of the building. It still has the decor on the walls from when it was the Princess Theater.
I guess at one point the theater closed and was a church for a while before Dan Caddell bought the place to open his jewelry store in the mid 50s.
If anyone has any information on the Princess or Ritz theater, please let me know.
